Holly has been a part of the CM Promotions team since 2002, working part time while earning her degree from Illinois State University.  In 2005, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing and accepted a full time position with the organization.  Holly focuses on the day-to-day operations of CM Promotions.  Her excellence in customer service is evidenced by her ability to create long lasting partnerships with clients.  She is creative, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products she delivers and steadfast in her ability to meet the needs of clients across many industries.

Jean Michalski – Operations Manager

Jean began her journey with CM Promotions in 2009 after spending 8 years as a chef. She enjoys being a part of the CM Promotions team and loves assisting our customers. Jean is in charge of all day-to-day operations and work flow, along with client billing/invoicing, order confirmation and customer service support. In her spare time, Jean has a passion for baking.

Brigitte Hoffman – Customer Service/Data Entry

Brigitte has been working with promotional product customers since 1997.  She joined the CM Promotions team in 2006 working in customer service and data entry.  Brigitte enjoys knitting small items like hats and scarves to give to local organizations, and loves to walk her two dogs every chance she gets.
